These terms govern your use of the Florly app ("Florly"), provided by 33Affiliates L.L.C-FZ ("we"). By using Florly you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Florly identifies plants from photos or names, diagnoses plant health and gives care information. Some features need an internet connection and a subscription.
2. Information only, no guarantee
Identifications, diagnoses, care advice and toxicity information are generated automatically, partly by artificial intelligence, and can be wrong. They are for general information only. Do not rely on Florly to decide whether a plant or mushroom is safe to eat, touch or keep near children or pets, or for medical or veterinary decisions. In case of possible poisoning contact a poison control center or a doctor.
3. Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Florly.
4. Accounts
- An account is optional. You can sign in with Apple, Google or an email and password.
- An account is personal. It may be signed in on up to 3 of your own devices at a time. Sharing an account with other people is not allowed; we may limit or sign out devices to prevent it.
- Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else used your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).
5. Subscriptions
- Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Price and period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your Florly account does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Sync of your data to other devices is available while your subscription is active. After it ends, your synced copy stays available for restoring for 12 months (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Your content
You keep the rights to the photos and text you submit. You allow us to process them to provide the service (including by our AI provider) and to improve answer quality. Do not submit photos of people or content you have no right to share.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Florly: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, to access other users' data, to resell access or to use automated means to extract its content.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop features or the app. Florly needs a working internet connection and data charges from your carrier may apply.
9. Liability
Florly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using Florly at any time.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
